HEALTH
I have been staying up night for a long time. I wake up in the noon. I know it is not good thing for me. I try to go to sleep early from now. I am not good at cooking so I want to try to cook for health.
I want to be very health not to go to a hospital.
Cooking is so easy to control your health, so you should watch the cook pad or something like that, and cook :)
返信削除Hospital is a sad place to be. I hope you can stay out of there. Even if you're not great at cooking, anyone can steam vegetables. I recommend regularly steaming carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato (20 minutes) and broccoli (10 minutes). Make enough to last a few days and you have the basis of something cheap and healthy to eat.
